Just want to thank Turf at the top for the wonderful job they done for us. After 2 years of struggling to get even someone to answer the phone i was recommended Turf at the Top and i am so happy i was.
From first contact with Hannah they were professional, arranging a visit from Kevin who came out even though on the day arranged it was torrential rain discussed our requirements, listened to what we wanted and helped with suggestions.
Hannah duly sent a quote which was broken down into various areas letting us know what each part was costing along with alternatives and the pricing for these.
Once we had decided Kevin came back out and went over again what we were getting done and once we agreed gave an approximate start date. We had some other work getting done and they worked around this no problem. All the way through Hannah kept in touch and informed us when job would be starting and who our landscaper would be. On the day Ryan arrived and again discussed with us what would be happening and got straight to work.
Over the next few weeks Ryan and George worked hard and transformed our ugly driveway and front garden into an area so much better than i could ever have imagined even though the weather was not always in their favour.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Turf at the Top and have already passed on their number to family.
